Please note: USA Biker Dream Apparel garments are sized one size smaller than Standard American Sizing. Please order with this in mind. USA Biker Dream Apparel run true to measurement. The chest, waist, thigh, etc. measure stated for the garment size is the measurement of the garment! When you take your measurement for these sizes, it is important to remember to add 2 to 4 inches to the measurement you have taken and chose the size showing for that measurement to insure for room to move and wear other garments beneath the outer garment.

NOTE: It is much better if a little loose than too small to wear. If you have a 32" chest and a 46" waist...you might order a size small after having added 4" to your measurement for for proper fit. HOWEVER...a size small would not fit a person with this type measurements! Always use the largest fit for arms, waist, or chest possible. Arms will always be a little long to fit the riding position.

Men' Jackets & Vests:

For Jackets: Measure your chest, waist true to your diamenter. Add 4" to each measurement taken. This is for room to move and room for clothing beneath the jacket. This is your jacket size.

For Vests: Measure your chest and waist true to your diameter. Add 2" to each of these measurements for a snug fitting vest or 4" to these measurements for a looser fitting vest allowing room to place items in the pockets especially those vests with gun pockets! This will be your vest size.

Chaps:

Measure the largest diameter of your thighs and add 1". This is for pants worn under the chaps.

NOTE: The LENGTH is pre-cut to industry standard inseam. This is how they are delivered to your local Leathershop. (If the length is too long, chaps may be cut with a razor knife or cut by a leather shop for a few dollars.)

Suggestion: If you see that the waist size may be too small for you based on the thigh size, you will find 4" chaps extenders (CE-1) and 6" chaps extenders (CE2) showing in our on-line catalog listed under Accessories.
